You may submit this anonymously or should you wish, you may leave your name at the bottom. Please note, though we will sometimes share comments from these evaluations with coaches, unless you specifically request, your name will not be included in anything we share with coaches.

2. Was this the first season your family had been involved with travel team basketball?

3. Did you find there were any policies, expectations, or requirements associated with being a travel team family that were not clearly explained to you either in person or via the website before try-outs in September? If yes, please explain.

4. Do you feel your child and the team as a whole improved over the course of the season? If you have a son and he played for a boys team, did you feel the two teams were formed evenly after try-outs?
